Description
The PIR Day-Night Module is an advanced sensor module that combines a PIR motion sensor with an LDR (light-dependent resistor). It detects motion of humans or animals and simultaneously senses ambient light levels. This enables automatic control of devices, such as lights, only during darkness (night) while ignoring motion during daylight, making it energy-efficient and convenient.
It is widely used in street lights, garden lamps, corridor lights, and home/office automation. The module usually supports 110–240V AC mains voltage and comes with adjustable sensitivity and time delay settings for motion detection.
