2004 LCD (White)

Description

The 2004 LCD Display (White) is a 20 characters × 4 lines alphanumeric liquid crystal display designed for embedded systems, electronics projects, and industrial applications. It features a white text on dark background (or white LED backlight, depending on variant) and uses the HD44780 controller (or compatible IC), making it easy to interface with microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, PIC, and AVR.

It supports both 4-bit and 8-bit parallel communication, and with an optional I2C backpack module, it can be controlled with just two pins (SDA & SCL), reducing wiring complexity. This display is widely used in DIY projects, sensor data display, menu systems, counters, and industrial monitoring systems.
